MONUMENTAL MASTIFFS PUPPY SELECTION PROCESS
The following process is how we determine PUPPY SELECTION ORDER per litter:
We work off of our POTENTIAL CLIENTS LIST(S) which we keep a running, real time copy of at all times. We attempt to update this list frequently to reflect interest in a specific litter or future pairing. The most reliable fool-proof way to make sure you are on this list is to click on the link above under the "Puppy Application" tab and fill out the brief questionnaire to help us get to know you better.
Our current list is 25-30 requests long and previously has been in excess of 40+ many times. Some of these Potential Clients are repeat customers, others come recommended by previous wonderful customers, and some may have just recently discovered us through our social media platforms or were fortunate enough to have met one of our 'pups' out and about.
We use the information afforded to us by the Puppy Application to 'vet' our Potential Clients and learn what pairing of Stud x Dam interests them the most, as well as what gender they may be interested in. Out of that pool, we will always have a good 10-15+ Potential Clients to work from. Often times, we are humbled by the popularity of our program and the list exceeds our expectations.
Once we have our primary list of Potential Clients for a REQUESTED LITTER, we will review the applications and place them in the order of INITIAL contact. we will then reach out to potential clients to confirm their interest in the litter as well as secure their deposit once puppies are whelped. This is how we determine a fair and impartial Client Selection Order per each gender.
Reservations are based off of GENDER and LITTER only. NOT by COLOR.
Please NOTE: There will always be "exceptions to the rule". Often, there will be requests for a specific color, although we do not agree with picking a puppy based on off of color alone, our goal will always be to make 100% of our clients happy 100% of the time. If we know what our clients are specifically looking for, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
The Puppy Selection date will be specific to the litter of interest.
The breeder reserves the right to first pick.
DEPOSITS
We do not accept Puppy Deposits until the litter has whelped and we know what we will have to offer.
After puppies are whelped, you will be notified that you have been selected for the specific litter of interest. At this time, you will be provided your # in selection order and the potential selection date, and you may accept or deny a pup from the litter.
If you accept, please be prepared to place your deposit, we do our best to keep everyone informed on social media as well as on this website in regard to potential whelping dates so there are no surprises. After accepting, a deposit in the amount of $1000 will be due immediately. Please take into consideration that if the deposit is not received by the "Puppy Selection date" you will lose your place in line and those that have placed deposits prior to you will be moved up on the list.
Deposits are to be made by Cash, personal check, or money order.
***In some instances, we will allow deposits to be made through Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle. This will be determined on a per litter basis.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ensure you are fully aware of our process and/or ensure you ask questions or discuss concerns PRIOR to placing your deposit. If you have placed a deposit and the puppy of your choice becomes unavailable due to no fault of your own (ie death, breeder pick), you may transfer your deposit to a future upcoming litter.
